Remote in hand, ready to watch the dose of the world through my TV screen.

Click.

The news pops up. 

Chaos. Disaster. Conflict.

More of the same.

My thumb freezes on the next click.

In less than a minute, the TV’s off.

Silence fills the room.

But my mind’s louder than ever.

I’ve been very mindful of what I consume these days.

It’s not just about what we eat or buy.It’s about what we feed our minds, hearts, and souls.

Mindful consumption

It’s a journey I embarked on.

Not just for my well-being.

But for the health of something deeply mystical within us all: our pineal gland.

Why does this tiny gland matter, you ask?

This pea-sized powerhouse, nestled deep in our brains, is our spiritual compass, our connection to the higher realms of consciousness.

And just like our bodies, it thrives on purity, positivity, and mindful consumption.

If it doesn’t uplift your spirit, switch it off.

Feed your mind with positivity, and watch your inner light shine brighter.

Books that challenge you to grow, think deeply, and expand your consciousness feed the mind in ways that nourish the pineal gland.

Meditation, yoga, and spending time in nature are food for the spiritual self and balm for the pineal gland.

I can’t stress enough the importance of choosing non-fluoride toothpaste.

The connection between fluoride and the calcification of the pineal gland is a barrier to our third eye awakening.

Also, shield your inner light from harmful electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs).
