Hey, there…
Eric Thompson here.
I’ve got something a little out there to share with you today…
But if you’re like me…
Always looking for the deeper truth…
I think you’re going to love it.
So, here’s the thing…
I’ve always felt a little different.
Even before I got into all this pineal gland and third eye stuff…
I had these weird moments where I felt…
Connected to something I couldn’t quite put my finger on.
Like, I’d walk past a certain place or hear a certain name, and my heart would just jolt.
Does that sound familiar to you?
For years, I couldn’t make sense of it.
Why did I have this intense fascination with ancient Egypt?
Why did the smell of sandalwood feel so strangely comforting, like a distant memory coming back to life?
It was like these little pieces of my soul were tugging at me…
Trying to get my attention.
And then, one day, it hit me.
What if all those weird feelings, those sudden flashes of knowing…
Were glimpses into my past lives?
What if they were memories from lifetimes long ago…
Stored deep within my soul?
And that’s when I started to dig into how the pineal gland…
(Our third eye)
Can help us unlock those hidden memories…
And connect with the parts of ourselves that go beyond this one lifetime.
Today, I’m going to share what I’ve learned about how your pineal gland can help you tap into your past lives…
And the signs that you just might be an old soul.
The pineal gland, this tiny yet powerful part of our brain, is like a spiritual antenna.
It’s the bridge between the physical and the metaphysical.
When it’s activated, it allows us to see beyond the ordinary…
To access information and wisdom that is not confined to this one life we’re living now.
You see, your soul is a traveler.
It’s been on many journeys, in different bodies, across different times and places.
And each experience, each lesson, each relationship, is stored in your soul’s memory bank.
The pineal gland, when it’s open and functioning as it should…
Acts like a receiver, tapping into these past memories, these ancient journeys.
I started noticing this myself.
There were moments during meditation when I’d see images I couldn’t explain…
Places I’d never been, people I’d never met, but who felt so familiar.
At first, I thought it was just my imagination.
But the more I allowed myself to explore…
The more I realized these were past life memories coming to the surface.
Now, you might be wondering…
How do I know if my pineal gland is giving me a glimpse of my past lives?
Here are some signs that you might just be an old soul who’s had many lifetimes before this one:
Ever feel like you just don’t quite belong in this fast-paced, technology-driven world?
Like your heart longs for a different time, a different era?
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve felt this way.
It’s like I’m a stranger in a strange land, searching for something I can’t quite remember.
This is a classic sign of an old soul.
Your spirit remembers a different way of living, a different rhythm…
And it’s trying to guide you back to it.
Maybe you’ve always loved a certain type of music…
Or you’re drawn to a particular culture, place, or period in history.
For me, it was always ancient Egypt.
I felt this deep, almost obsessive fascination with the pyramids, the hieroglyphs, and the whole mystical world of the pharaohs.
It wasn’t until I started connecting the dots that I realized this could be a past life memory coming through.
What are you drawn to?
Pay attention, because these preferences can be clues to who you’ve been before.
Have you ever just known how to do something without being taught?
Maybe you have a natural talent for playing a musical instrument…
Or you can cook like a pro without ever having taken a cooking class.
That’s not random, my friend.
These gifts are carried over from past lives where you perfected those skills.
I’ve met people who’ve had vivid dreams of speaking languages they’ve never learned…
Only to find out later that they actually have a knack for that language in real life!
Crazy, right?
But it’s all connected to the wisdom of the soul.
Old souls carry a deep empathy and compassion for others.
You’ve been around the block a few times…
You know the pain, the struggles, the joys, and the heartaches of life.
And because of that, you feel a deep connection to others’ suffering and happiness.
You might find yourself crying at a sad movie or feeling an intense love for all living things.
It’s because your soul remembers…
It knows what it means to walk in many different shoes.
Déjà vu isn’t just a glitch in the Matrix, my friend.
It’s your soul remembering something from a past life.
It’s those moments when you feel like you’ve been somewhere before…
Even though you know you haven’t in this life.
I’ve had so many moments like this, walking into a place and feeling like I already knew every corner.
If you experience déjà vu a lot, it could be your soul recognizing a place, person, or situation from another lifetime.
So, now that you know you might be an old soul…
How can you use your pineal gland to connect more deeply with your past lives?
Here are a few tips that have helped me on my journey:
Take some time each day to meditate and visualize.
Close your eyes, focus on your third eye, and allow whatever images, feelings, or memories to come up.
Don’t judge or analyze them. Just let them flow.
Our dreams are windows into our past lives.
Keep a journal by your bed and write down any dreams or feelings you have as soon as you wake up.
Look for patterns or recurring themes…
These could be clues to your past.
Before you go to bed, ask your subconscious to reveal something to you in your dreams.
You’d be surprised how powerful this is!
You might wake up with a strong sense of knowing or a memory that feels incredibly real.
Nature has a way of grounding us and opening us up to deeper awareness.
Go for a walk, sit under a tree, and just be.
Sometimes, all we need is a little quiet to hear the messages of our souls.
Let me share one of my own strange experiences with you.
There was this one time I was in a small antique shop…
And I saw this old wooden box.
The moment I touched it, I felt a rush of emotions…
Sadness, longing, familiarity.
I didn’t know what it was, but I knew I had some deep connection to that object.
I ended up buying it, and every time I look at it…
I feel like I’m connecting to a piece of myself from long ago.
It’s moments like these that remind us our lives are so much more than what we see on the surface.
Now, I want to hear from you.
Have you ever felt that strange familiarity with something or someone, like you’ve known them before?
Have you experienced any of the signs I mentioned?

Until next time, stay curious, keep exploring, and remember…
You are so much more than this one lifetime.
Until next time,
Eric
