Hey there,
I’m going to share something today that I’ve been holding close to my chest for a while.
Not because I didn’t want to share it…

It happened the day before Christmas, at around 6:30 a.m.
I was in my usual spot, doing my daily gratitude prayer to the Universe…
A ritual I’ve kept for years.
It’s my sacred time, just me, the early sky, and a quiet connection to something bigger.
Usually, when I look up during these moments, I’ll see a bright white star…
A tiny glimmer in the early morning sky.
But that day… something was different.
A golden star shone brightly in the sky.
It wasn’t the usual white.
It had this warm, glowing radiance like it was alive with intention.
I thought, “Okay, that’s beautiful.”
But then something else happened…
A moment so surreal that I still get chills thinking about it.
The Moment Everything Changed
Out of nowhere, a streak of light shot across the sky, moving impossibly fast, then vanishing into the clouds.
My brain went into autopilot: “A shooting star?”
But before I could finish that thought…
The clouds where the light disappeared lit up with two brilliant flashes.

This one was directly beneath the golden star.

It was as if the Universe, God, Source…

Was answering me directly.

Even now, weeks later, I’m still in awe of that moment.

- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4.
- Hold your breath for a count of 7, focusing your attention on your forehead.
